Product Introduction
AM 1065是采用国外优质丁苯橡胶原料制得的阳离子橡胶乳液，其固含量大于62%。
AM 1065 is a cationic rubber latex made from high-quality imported SBR rubber raw materials, with a solid content of more than 62%.
AM 1065主要用于制备阳离子改性乳化沥青，和乳化沥青相容性好，能显著提高改性后沥青的软化点、低温延度、韧性、粘韧性，能延长沥青的使用寿命。
AM 1065 is mainly used to prepare cationic modified emulsified asphalt. It has good compatibility with asphalt emulsion, can significantly improve the softening point, low-temperature ductility, toughness and tenacity of the modified asphalt, and can extend the service life of asphalt.
AM 1065广泛应用于高等级路面、桥面、机场道面等道路工程的稀浆封层、微表处、粘层油等，同时也用于桥面、屋面、地下洞库等防水工程。
AM 1065 is widely used in slurry seal, micro-surfacing, tack coat, etc. of road projects such as high-grade pavements, bridge decks and airport pavements, and is also used in waterproofing works such as bridge decks, roofs and underground cavern depots.

使用方法
Usage Instructions
1.内掺法：将乳化剂和胶乳分别按比例加入55-60℃的水中搅拌使其充分溶解、混合（胶乳的用量高，乳化剂用量也要相应提高）。将沥青加热至120-135℃和上述溶液一起泵入胶体磨进行乳化，即制得改性乳化沥青。
1. Internal blending method: Add the emulsifier and the latex separately in proportion into water at 55-60℃ and stir to fully dissolve and mix them (the higher the latex dosage, the higher the emulsifier dosage should be accordingly). Heat the asphalt to 120-135℃ and pump it together with the above solution into the colloid mill for emulsification to obtain modified emulsified asphalt.
2.外掺法：先制备合格的乳化沥青，在乳化沥青出口处，按比例缓慢加入胶乳，在乳化沥青储罐中用搅拌器搅拌使之充分混合；或者在使用乳化沥青前，再加入胶乳，混合均匀后即可使用。
2. External blending method: First prepare qualified emulsified asphalt, then slowly add the latex in proportion at the outlet of the emulsified asphalt and stir with an agitator in the emulsified asphalt storage tank to mix thoroughly; alternatively, add the latex before using the emulsified asphalt, and use it after mixing evenly.

Recommended Dosage
路用改性乳化沥青一般添加胶乳2.0%～4.0%，防水用改性乳化沥青一般为添加胶乳10%～25%。（胶乳的实际用量应根据规范对沥青软化点的要求进行调整。）
For road-use modified emulsified asphalt, the latex is generally added at 2.0%-4.0%; for waterproofing modified emulsified asphalt, the latex is generally added at 10%-25%. (The actual latex dosage should be adjusted according to the specification requirements for the softening point of the asphalt.)
包装储存及运输注意事项
Packaging, Storage and Transport Precautions
本产品通常采用200kg塑料桶包装，贮存期为6个月。
This product is usually packaged in 200 kg plastic drums with a storage period of 6 months.
应存放于清洁、阴凉及有防寒设施的仓库内，贮存运输过程中防止爆晒、冷冻和接近热源烘烤，适宜的贮存温度为5～40℃。
It should be stored in a clean, cool warehouse with cold protection; prevent exposure to sun, freezing and heat sources during storage and transportation. Suitable storage temperature: 5-40℃.
