BOH 7019B是慢裂快凝型阳离子沥青乳化剂。BOH 7019B是最新的配方。它具有更好的沥青乳化性能，可以较好地乳化更多品种的沥青（包括克炼，塔河沥青），可解决高活性石料难拌和问题，可适应高温施工，成浆好，上强度快，可快速开放交通。
BOH 7019B is a slow-setting quick-set cationic asphalt emulsifier. BOH 7019B is the latest formula. It offers better asphalt emulsifying performance and can well emulsify more varieties of asphalt (including Karamay and Tahe asphalt). It solves the problem of difficult mixing with highly active aggregates, adapts to high-temperature construction, produces good slurry, gains strength quickly and allows rapid opening to traffic.

使用方法
Usage Instructions
首先将沥青加入加热釜内加热熔化、脱水，除去杂质后于135-140℃下保温备用，另将一定量的水加入乳化剂水溶液配置釜内，加热升至55-60℃，按比例加入乳化剂，搅拌均匀后，加入盐酸，调节pH值至2.0左右。将上述所配制的基质沥青和乳化剂水溶液按要求同时加入胶体磨，即可得到阳离子乳化沥青。
First, add the asphalt into the heating kettle to melt and dehydrate, remove impurities, then keep it at 135-140℃ for later use. Meanwhile, add a certain amount of water into the emulsifier solution preparation kettle, heat it to 55-60℃, add the emulsifier in proportion and stir evenly, then add hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH value to about 2.0. Feed the prepared base asphalt and emulsifier solution simultaneously into the colloid mill as required to obtain cationic emulsified asphalt.
