Product Introduction
BOH 7028是慢裂型阳离子沥青乳化剂。BOH 7028 是低泡型沥青乳化剂,使用BOH 7028 生产乳化沥青时,泡沫会比较轻微。
BOH 7028 is a slow-setting cationic asphalt emulsifier. BOH 7028 is a low-foam asphalt emulsifier; when producing emulsified asphalt with BOH 7028, foaming is relatively slight.
BOH 7028使用不需调酸,液体状态,方便使用。
BOH 7028 requires no pH adjustment and is in liquid state, convenient to use.
BOH 7028 乳化能力强,制备的乳化沥青储存稳定性好,对石料适应性广,适用于下封层,改性下封层,冷再生,冷拌冷铺等。
BOH 7028 has strong emulsifying capability. The emulsified asphalt prepared with it has good storage stability and wide adaptability to aggregates. It is suitable for seal coats, modified seal coats, cold recycling, cold mix and cold lay, etc.

使用方法
Usage Instructions
首先将沥青加入加热釜内加热熔化,脱水,除去杂质后于135-140℃下保温备用,另将一定量的水加入乳化剂水溶液配置釜内,按比例加入乳化剂,搅拌均匀后,加热升至55-60℃,将上述所配制的基质沥青和乳化剂水溶液按要求同时加入胶体磨,即可得到阳离子型乳化沥青。
First, add the asphalt into the heating kettle to melt, dehydrate and remove impurities, then keep it at 135-140℃ for later use. Meanwhile, add a certain amount of water into the emulsifier solution preparation kettle, add the emulsifier in proportion and stir evenly, then heat to 55-60℃. Feed the prepared base asphalt and emulsifier solution simultaneously into the colloid mill as required to obtain cationic emulsified asphalt.
