Product Introduction
BNE 821XY是高效无卤反应型，零VOC，低气味添加剂，主要用于聚醚型海绵的生产中，可显著增强火焰复合时泡棉和基质之间剥离力。此添加剂在泡棉的生产过程中能结合到泡绵的结构中，使之在火焰复合时具有熔融再固化性能，从而增强泡棉与基质之间的粘接强度，使复合后海绵与基质之间的剥离力增强，特别适用于汽车内饰、家具等产品的生产。
BNE 821XY is a highly efficient halogen-free reactive additive with zero VOC and low odor, mainly used in the production of polyether-type sponges. It significantly increases the peel strength between the foam and the substrate during flame lamination. During foam production, this additive can be incorporated into the foam structure, giving the foam melt re-solidification performance during flame lamination, thereby enhancing the bonding strength between the foam and the substrate and increasing the peel strength between the laminated sponge and the substrate. It is especially suitable for the production of automotive interiors, furniture and other products.
